Colin “Buttons” Rosson AKA HBIC

Colin is our Bar Program Coordinator! HBIC energy folks! He was hired in Chico to start up the their bar program in 2019. Since then he has stepped into greater responsibility and moved his way up to shift manager and now AGM. This guy is a cocktail nerd! The Woodstock’s Pizza Bar is NOT a dive bar. It’s also not a nose up cocktail lounge. From the beginning Colin refused to compromise on quality. “Our well will not be plastic!” I want EVERY drink at Woodstock’s to be quality. Value is at the core of the menu. Margaritas in Pints, Michelada’s in Liters. Honest Pours. No frills. No BS. “I want people to feel comfortable, be themselves at the bar. Receive a quality drink at quality value.” When you see Colin working say hi! He put the Woodstock’s twist on all our classic cocktails and created the “Redbullrita” as a homage to Chico State famous “Rocketfuel” shooter. If you’re lucky he may even drop one more button for ya 😉

Sariah “Is that you on the TV?” Bugnacki

Sariah is BAD! She is our Bar Manager in Davis and has worked almost every position at Woodstock’s. Moving up from In-House to Bartender to Shift Manager to AGM. Yes, you’ve probably seen her on our TV’s pouring up our classic cocktails. Davis has been our longest standing bar and she has helped organize the move to our new location across G st. She is passionate about quality drinks and has added a lot of creativity to our cocktail Menu. Her famous creation is the “Woody’s Linen” If you haven’t tried it. Stop what you are doing right now and grab that drink! It’s stunning.

 

Paulo “Aggie Sunset” Alvarez

Paulo is our new Bar Lead in Davis. If you’ve had an event catered and needed a stud of a bartender on site, you’ve met Paulo. He crafted the “Aggie Sunset.” This was the #1 one-off cocktail we have ever introduced. It’s a must try on the new Menu. Paulo means business. If it’s packed and you see Paulo behind the bar. Rest assured you’ll get your drink quickly. A true pro.
